PH Biography

Club Penguin added a new mascot this year called PH. I decided to make a biography on this character since shes new and alot of people r asking who she is.

                          Background/History:
-PH stands for Puffle Handler.
-PH is what her name is, she is a Puffle Handler, so she feeds and takes care of puffles!
-When Club Penguin Changed the puffle settings, you met PH, she was the girl that instructed you on how to feed and take care of your puffles.

How to find her:
She goes on crowded servers, anything from 5 bars-3 bars.
