Rookie Biography

Hello, Shilo243 here. Today I would like to tell you guys about Rookie. So Rookie has returned to the april fools party like last yr. For those of you who don't know, Rookie is a secret agent. You can see him on the HQ missions:

You First meet Rookie in mission 4 in The Case of The Missing Coins:

This was the original Rookie, he had not shirt on lol.

-Rookie was always considered to be the dumb or slow agent. For example, in this mission, hints the title, you are trying to find out where the coins went. Rookie was guarding the coins and the coins disappeared and the coins end up being on the ceiling. lol not very good observations, but this only makes him funny and therefore more favorable :D

-While you could meet Rockhopper, The Penguin Band, Gary, Cadence, Aunt Arctic, PH, etc., you could never meet Rookie until last years April Fools Party.
-After that, he has been in the Underwater Adventure party this January and now... He's back at the April Fool's Party.
