This party is all about PUFFLES! You can turn into them but you can also buy costumes and dress your penguin like a puffle so that you can look like a puffle even AFTER the puffle party!
To buy the costumes, go to a the ski lodge/puffle play zone:
Then open up the catalog by clicking the book icon in the bottom right of the club penguin screen:
Then the book will open and you will be able to buy the costumes:
